Conveniently located close to the city with good transportation links, including a bus stop and taxi rank outside. Rooms are spacious and come with a desk and balcony. The hotel bar is great and offers a good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast has a lot of food choices, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The supermarket across the street is useful.

I recently stayed at Leonardo Royal Hotel for four nights for a business conference. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even offered vegan alternatives at breakfast without us asking. They provided a mobile fan to keep us cool in the room, which was a great solution. My 2.5-year-old was delighted with his own bed and the adorable teddy bear he received. The hotel's location is convenient, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and the views from the rooms are stunning.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering great value for money. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a couple of downsides. the staff could have been more friendly and accommodating.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect with a bus stop right outside the door, making it so easy to get around. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tim at reception. The hotel has everything you could need, from a great bar with a wide selection of drinks, to a fitness studio and spa centre, making it the perfect place to relax.

The hotel is located near a forest area, making it perfect for peaceful walks. Although it's outside of the main city area, it's still convenient with a ten-minute walk to S Bahn. The rooms are spacious, with a nice view of the skyline, and the staff is friendly; room service is efficient, and the breakfast is good.

One negative aspect is that some guests have experienced uncleanliness issues, such as dirty carpets and bedding, and damaged fixtures and fittings.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, it was super clean from top to bottom. The hotel facilities were excellent with a European Sauna, Steam Bath, and Gym. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. The staff was super cute and helpful in every way possible.

Can't fault anything about it.
